Do you service other products other than Panasonic?
• No, we only service Panasonic products.
• As we only repair Panasonic products, all other manufacturing brands, we suggest to contact either the supplier where you purchased the product to see who does the repairs in your area.
How long does it take to repair my product?
• Providing parts are in stock, our normal turnaround time takes up to 1 to 2 days.
• Depending on the problem, some jobs can take longer. i.e. intermittant faults that do not show up straight away.
• We can (if available) offer you a loan unit on request or if parts will take a while to arrive.
• Once your product is ready and you have a loan unit from us to Please return and collect ASAP so we can then prepare the loan for another customer.
• We provide all loan units as a free of charge service while your product is being repaired.
• PLEASE NOTE: We also have the right to refuse suppling of any loan TV or Microwave, if your product in for repair, has any signs of infestation.
Can I courier the product to you?
• Yes, Please ensure your item is adequately packaged.
• Please do not send any accessories unless you think it may be faulty.
Do you repair in WARRANTY?
• Yes we do, providing you have a valid proof of purchase.
• Some smaller products may be a replacement only.
How much do you charge for an ESTIMATE?
• Our minimum service fees are set out below:
• Domestic Televisions $80.00
• Professional Panels are $115.00
• All other products $57.50
• PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of faults, we do NOT give prices to repair over the phone.
• The symptoms or fault may cause problems when wrongly diagnosed without seeing or assessing the product first.
• We thank you for your understanding on this matter.
• Please note: Return freight will be an additional cost, plus the minimum service fee, depending on location, size and weight.
• Prices are all inclusive of GST
Do you sell Spare Parts?
• Yes, we do sell spare parts to you. Please contact us to see if we have stock. If we do need to order in a part, then a small deposit may be required before an order is placed.
• PLEASE NOTE: Parts are only supplied providing it does not require any regulations to fit the part as some parts need to be fitted by a qualified technician and safety tested to comply with EWRB regulations. It is for your own safety.
• Depending on the part required, if I have to fit it, due to regulations, then a minimum service fee would be required and payable, once the product comes into us.
Do you call out to customer houses?
• We are currently not calling out to customers houses but please call us for other options
• All Panasonic Televisions, Microwave ovens and DVD/Blu-ray players, audio equipment will need to be bought into us for repair.
• It may be best to contact us first to make sure we can help you as some products, may be too old as parts are no longer available.
Types of payment
Our Payment options that we accept are:-
EFTPos, Debit card or Direct deposit or Cash
• These payment methods do not incur any bank fees to you.
• PLEASE NOTE: Direct deposits will need to clear first (normally over-night unless you are with BNZ) before the goods can be taken or sent via courier.
Surcharges
Credit Cards
• We only accept NZ Visa/Mastercards, however payment using this type of payment incurs a 1.5% surcharge.
• We do appoligise that we can no longer absorb the cost of these high bank fees.
payWave
• Unfortunately due to the high bank fees that the banks charge, we do not have any payWave facilities.
• Which means your debit card, credit card or Apple Pay / Google Pay or enabled devices will not work using payWave.
