If it is under the warranty period, there is no charge to you. Outside of warranty there will be a minimum service fee payable once the product comes into our workshop. Please bring in your proof of purchase with your product. If you cannot find your receipt, most dealers where you bought the product from can easily print off or even email us the receipt directly to us.
All parts now for plasma TV's are no longer available. We have limited parts only and may still be able to fix to component level on certain models of plasma TV's. Please contact us to see if we can repair your TV.
All Panasonic DVD / Blu-ray players and recorders can be region free or multi-zoned. This service is for the DVD side only and we can even do this while you wait. Just bring with your proof of purchase and we will do the rest.
If we do not have the part in stock we can order it in for you. We can also supply most parts for all models we repair.
